What is
?
twiny is the licensing layer for human identity. A consent-first marketplace where verified public identities — influencers, athletes, talent, executives — license their face and voice as a digital twin, and brands generate consented, C2PA-signed AI content in days instead of weeks. The platform is the contract. 70% of every euro goes to the public identity, always.

The problem
Generative AI has collapsed the cost of cloning a face or a voice to zero. Three seconds of audio and a few photos are enough to produce a credible synthetic clone. The technology is deployed, free, and impossible to ban.
What does not exist is the infrastructure to license identity at the same speed. A brand that wants a recognizable face in a campaign today has to either negotiate a paper contract through an agency over 4–6 weeks, or use anonymous AI avatars with no real identity behind them, or scrape a celebrity likeness illegally. None of these are acceptable.
What twiny does
twiny is the missing third option: a consent-first marketplace where a real, recognizable public identity is reachable in one click, the brief is auto-priced in seconds, generation runs inside the platform's vault, and every deliverable carries a C2PA cryptographic signature plus a binding double-consent license.
How it works
- Clone. The identity records face and voice once, completes KYC and liveness, and sets a per-second tariff. Files are vaulted.
- Request. A brand picks an identity and sends a script. twiny auto-prices the brief (seconds × tariff). The identity approves it. First consent is signed.
- Generate. twiny renders three AI cuts inside its vault. Files never leave the platform. Brands see watermarked previews only.
- Approve & pay. The identity picks the final cut (second consent). A C2PA signature is embedded, the binding license is issued, and the 70/30 split clears instantly.
The team
twiny was founded in Rome in 2026 by Domenico D'Ascola(CEO, ICT lawyer at ICTLC — Italy's top firm for data protection & AI law, alumnus of Luiss) and Gabriele Fiacconi (CTO, AI Engineer, formerly Platform Engineer at United Ventures and at IBM, alumnus of Politecnico di Torino).
The founding thesis: the next decade of synthetic identity will be built by people who understand both halves — law and code.
Compliance
twiny was designed law-first, around the regulations the industry will be scrambling to meet through 2026 and 2027: EU AI Act art. 50 (binding August 2026), Italian L. 132/2025, the upcoming US NO FAKES Act, GDPR with DPIA + FRIA, and the C2PA / Content Authenticity Initiative.

What twiny is not
- twiny is not affiliated with any Indonesian site, project or service.
- twiny is not a deepfake tool — every output is consented and licensed.
- twiny is not a celebrity-scraping platform — every identity completes KYC.
- twiny is not a SaaS with seat-based pricing — pricing is per-second of finished output.
- twiny is not a clip-art avatar library — every identity is a real, verifiable human.
