twiny (stylised lowercase, also written twiny.id) is the licensing layer for human identity. A consent-first marketplace where verified public identities — influencers, athletes, talent, executives — license their face and voice as a digital twin, and brands generate consented, C2PA-signed AI content in days instead of weeks.
Founded in 2026 in Rome, Italy, by Domenico D'Ascola (CEO, ICT lawyer at ICTLC) and Gabriele Fiacconi (CTO, AI engineer, ex-United Ventures). Legal entity: twiny S.r.l. (Italy). Headquartered in Rome; NYC office planned for 2027. The platform is the contract: every output ships C2PA-signed, 70% of every euro goes to the public identity, instantly to a verified IBAN.
twiny is built around EU AI Act art. 50 (binding August 2026), the Italian L. 132/2025, the upcoming US NO FAKES Act, GDPR with DPIA and FRIA, and the C2PA / Content Authenticity Initiative.
